Sparky’s Terms & Conditions

• We require half a term’s notice in writing, or fees in lieu if you wish to withdraw your child from classes. No fees will be refunded if you wish to withdraw your child mid term.
• All parents must complete a registration form, including all information about medical issues and allergies, and sign the consent form.
• Sparky’s T uniform must be worn in class: Sparky’s T shirt and dark trousers/ leggings or track suit bottoms. Sensible footwear should be worn to classes e.g. trainers, school shoes or plimsoles.
• Girls with long hair should have tied back. No jewellery, valuables or toys to be brought into class unless they have been specifically asked to by a teacher. We will not take responsibility for valuables.
• Water bottles should be named and snacks should be NUT FREE as we have pupils with allergies.
• Fees should be paid 3 weeks before the start of the next term. If you join Sparky’s mid term you will only be charged for the remainder. Payment should be made by bank transfer please.
• Payments not received by the first week of term will incur a ‘late payment’ surcharge of £15.
• Fees are fixed and will not be refunded or credited for lessons missed, whether through illness or for any other reason.  Fees are waived only for an extended medical illness or injury (4 weeks minimum) and on provision of a Medical Certificate.
• Parents with siblings may pay their fees in two halves by arrangement. Siblings discount: 10% for Preschoolers and Infants, 15% for Juniors.
• Teens classes are currently “pay as you go”. Fees can be paid for the term in advance or week by week. Please try to bring the correct amount and pay at the front desk before the start of class.
• Parental permission for photography and filming during classes will be assumed unless notification refusing consent has been received in writing or on the registration/ consent form. These photographs may be used for marketing purposes and on the website.
• We encourage and expect kind and gentle behaviour from all of our pupils to each other and to our staff.
